B2B lead generation, with proof on every lead

Most B2B lead generation hands you a long list and leaves you to work out which people are real buyers. Nidaflow starts from your website, finds the people who fit, and shows the reason and the source for each one, so you pay only for leads that pass.

The problem, and what it costs

A list is not a lead. A list is a set of names that someone, somewhere, thinks might fit. The work of finding out which ones do is left to you, and it is slow.

Data tools sell rows. You search, you export, and then you check each row by hand. Is this person still at the company? Does the company sell to the kind of buyer you want? Is this the right role? Every wrong answer becomes a message to the wrong person.

That is where the cost sits. It is not the price of the list. It is the hours spent checking, the sends spent on people who never fit, and the replies you never get because the right buyer was buried in a long list. A bad contact also costs trust. A message to someone who left the company last year tells them that you did not look.

Good lead generation does the checking before the list reaches you.

How Nidaflow finds leads, step by step

Step one: paste your website. Nidaflow reads your site, your competitors, the customers you name, recent news, hiring and public posts. In a few minutes it saves a draft buyer profile: the titles that buy, your market, and who your competitors sell to. Every finding links to its source, and you can edit the profile.

Step two: say who you want, in plain words. Type the role, the seniority, the kind of company, the size and the market. Nidaflow searches several premium data sources, one after another, until one has the answer. A search uses your saved profile only if you say yes. It asks first.

Step three: watch it work. You see the search step by step. It keeps running if you close the tab, and you can stop it at any time. You keep what it found so far, and you pay only for what you keep.

Step four: each lead is judged. Every lead gets a fit of Strong, Good or Possible, with a short reason that cites its source. Checks appear only where the data proves them: company size, market, industry, role and funding, each marked Passed or Not met. If a company sells something similar to you, the row says so.

Step five: each person's job is proven. A person is delivered only when Nidaflow can show that they work there now: their LinkedIn profile, a profile record that matches the company's domain, the company's team page, or their own recent post. The row shows the source and the date. If someone has moved, Nidaflow checks the new company instead.

Step six: you get the list and a receipt. Leads that did not fit, or whose job could not be proven, are left out and are not charged. When a post, a podcast, a funding round or a news item is public, the lead carries it with a date and a link. When none is public, the row stays quiet instead of inventing one.

What you get

  • Proof on every lead: a fit, a reason, a source and a date.
  • You pay only for leads that fit, because a lead that is left out costs nothing and credits are charged only when an action works.
  • Possible leads are delivered and charged too, so the label tells you where to start.
  • One sequence across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, sent from your own accounts, with the replies in one inbox.
  • The whole app works in English and Arabic, right to left, and each message is written in the person's own language.
  • Work emails and mobile numbers when you ask for them, charged only when one is found.
  • Every list exports to CSV.

Example: one search, from start to finish

Example. These numbers are illustrative, not a customer result. You ask for a type of buyer in your market, and Nidaflow looks at 1,000 people.

400 do not fit your profile. They are left out and cost nothing. Another 210 fit on paper, but Nidaflow cannot confirm that they still work there. They are left out too, at no cost.

390 are delivered: 60 Strong, 150 Good and 180 Possible. At 2 credits each, that is 780 credits. Recent news turns up for 40 of them, at 1 credit each.

You keep the 180 Possible leads for later and start with the 210 Strong and Good. Work emails are found for 170 of them, which costs 340 credits, and the other 40 go on the LinkedIn lane. Adding the 210 to a sequence costs 420 credits. Messages cost 1 credit each and are written only when a person reaches that step, so at most 630 credits.

The whole run comes to about 2,200 credits. You reach 210 people who fit, instead of sending to 1,000 and hoping.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

It is for B2B teams that sell to a clear kind of buyer and want a short list of the right people: founders, sales teams and agencies. It suits you if you can describe who buys in a sentence, and if a wrong contact costs you more than a slower search.

It is not for you if you want the biggest possible list, a raw database export, or a tool that sends on its own with nobody choosing. You choose the audience, you launch the sequence, and you answer the replies. It does not predict who will buy. It shows who fits and why. And if you import a list you already own, Nidaflow enriches it with emails, phone numbers and company facts, but it does not run the fit check or the job proof on it.

Questions, answered.

How is this different from buying a list?

A bought list gives you rows. Nidaflow gives each lead a fit, a reason with its source, and proof that the person works there now. Leads that fail those checks are left out, and you are not charged for them.

Where does the data come from?

From several premium data sources, tried one after another until one has the answer, and from public pages such as company sites, team pages and posts. Nidaflow does not quote a count of profiles. Each lead shows its own source instead.

Will it find the number of leads I ask for?

It keeps looking until it reaches the number you asked for, or it tells you why it stopped. That is a goal, not a guarantee. The most leads you can ask for in one search depends on your plan.

Does every lead come with a reason to write?

No. A lead carries a dated, linked signal only when one is public: their own posts, a podcast, a new role, funding, hiring or company news. Coverage is partial. When there is nothing on file, the message writer is not allowed to make something up.

What does a lead cost?

A delivered lead costs a fixed number of credits, shown on the pricing page. A lead that is left out costs nothing. Credits are charged only when an action works, and the receipt lists what was charged.

Can I use a list I already have?

Yes. Upload a CSV, map the columns, and choose to find emails, phone numbers or company facts. Imported lists are enriched, not qualified. They do not get the fit check or the job proof.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. You start free, with credits to try it, and your first website study is free. Sending a sequence needs a paid plan with a sending account.
