Outbound for lead generation agencies, one client at a time

An agency running outbound for several clients has to show, again and again, that the leads are right and the messages are honest. Nidaflow keeps one buyer profile per client, puts proof on every lead, and prepares a weekly report for each sequence.

The problem, and what it costs

Agencies sell results but are judged by the list. Each client has its own offer, its own buyers and its own tone. When a client asks why a person is on the list, the honest answer is often that the tool returned it.

Context gets lost between clients. A message written for one client drifts toward the voice of the last one. Someone has to check every list by hand before it goes out, and someone has to write the report by hand after.

The cost lands on the agency's name. A wrong lead in one client's campaign is not only a weak campaign. It is a client wondering what they pay for. The hours spent on checking and reporting are hours not spent on selling the next client.

What an agency needs is a workspace where each client has its own profile, each lead carries its reason, and the report writes itself.

How Nidaflow works for an agency, step by step

Step one: one client, one profile. Paste the client's website and Nidaflow studies it and saves an offer with one or more buyer profiles. In the app these live under Clients. You can edit a profile at any time, and every finding links to its source.

Step two: find leads for that client. Describe the audience in plain words. A search uses the client's saved profile only if you say yes. It asks first, so one client's profile never slips into another client's search.

Step three: show your work. Each lead has a fit of Strong, Good or Possible, with a reason and its source, and proof that the person works there now, with the source and the date. When a client asks why someone is on the list, the row answers. Leads that did not fit are left out and are not charged.

Step four: build a sequence for the client. One sequence can mix email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Each message is written when the person reaches the step, in their language, from one real, dated thing they did. You can read and edit any step, and nothing sends until you launch it.

Step five: organise the team. A workspace has members and roles, and credits are shared per workspace. You can run more than one workspace, for example one for each large client.

Step six: report without the spreadsheet. Each sequence has a weekly report, emailed on Monday morning. A prospect list can also have a shareable preview page, so a client can see the audience before you launch.

Step seven: answer in one inbox. Replies from email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp arrive in one inbox, with the lead's sequence steps beside the conversation. A reply stops that person's sequence, and you answer it yourself.

What you get

  • One buyer profile for each client, kept under Clients.
  • Proof on every lead, so you can explain a list to the client who paid for it.
  • Leads that do not fit are left out and cost nothing, so you do not pay for rows you would never send.
  • A weekly report for each sequence, and a preview page for a prospect list.
  • Team workspaces with members and roles.
  • Every list exports to CSV, and a REST API is available with keys from Settings.
  • A receipt for every search, and every credit spent is listed in Billing.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

It is for lead generation agencies, outbound consultants and fractional sales teams that run campaigns for several clients and need to show their work. It suits you if a client has ever asked why a person was on a list.

It is not white label. Clients do not get a Nidaflow dashboard with your logo. There is no native CRM sync yet, so you move leads by CSV export or the API. Sending accounts are one shared pool across LinkedIn accounts, mailboxes and WhatsApp numbers, and your plan sets its size, so check it against the accounts you plan to connect. And you stay in control: you choose the audience, you launch, and you answer the replies.

Questions, answered.

Can I keep my clients separate?

Each client has its own profile under Clients, and a search uses a saved profile only if you say yes. You can also run more than one workspace. Credits are shared per workspace.

Can my team work in the same workspace?

Yes. A workspace has members and roles, so owners, admins and other members can work together.

Is Nidaflow white label?

No. Clients do not get a branded Nidaflow portal. You can share a preview page of a prospect list and a weekly report for each sequence.

How do I report to a client?

Each sequence has a weekly report, emailed on Monday morning. Every list exports to CSV, and every search has a receipt that shows what was charged.

Does it connect to a CRM?

There is no native CRM sync yet. You can export lists to CSV, and a REST API lets you search people and companies, enrich contacts, read your lists, add people to a sequence and read sequence stats.

Who sees my clients' data?

The members of your workspace, according to their roles. Nidaflow is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, in the EU. Read the privacy page for the full detail on how data is handled.
