B2B WhatsApp outreach, inside one sequence
WhatsApp is a personal channel, so a careless message costs more there than in email. Nidaflow adds WhatsApp as one step in a sequence, only for people who fit and have a phone number, sent from your own number after you launch.
The problem, and what it costs
In some markets, the Gulf among them, WhatsApp is a normal place for a business conversation. That makes it tempting for outbound, and easy to get wrong.
The usual way goes badly. Someone buys a list of phone numbers, loads them into a separate tool, and sends the same message to everyone. The person gets a message from a stranger on the app they use with family and friends. Nothing in the message says why it was sent to them.
A separate tool also splits the story. The same person may get an email, an invite and a WhatsApp message from three places, and none of them knows what the others said. Replies end up in three places too.
The cost is trust, and it is hard to win back. WhatsApp should be the step you take when you have a good reason to, for a person who fits, after the quieter channels.
How Nidaflow runs WhatsApp outreach, step by step
Step one: find people who fit. Describe your audience in plain words. Each lead gets a fit of Strong, Good or Possible, with a reason and its source, and proof that they work there now.
Step two: get phone numbers when you ask for them. Mobile numbers are looked up only when you ask. A number costs more credits than an email, and you pay only when one is found.
Step three: connect your own WhatsApp number in Settings. Messages go out from that number. Sending accounts are one shared pool across LinkedIn accounts, mailboxes and WhatsApp numbers, and your plan sets its size.
Step four: build one sequence. Nidaflow drafts the shape for your list: an email, a wait, a follow-up, then LinkedIn. When most of your audience is in the Middle East and enough people have phone numbers, the draft also includes a WhatsApp lane. A branch sends a person to WhatsApp only if they have a phone number.
Step five: each message is written when the person reaches it. It is short, it opens on one real, dated thing they did, and it reads like an honest ask for their view, not a pitch. It is written in their language, Arabic included. With nothing on file, the writer may not invent an observation. You can read and edit any step.
Step six: pace it and launch. The same controls apply as on email: a daily limit, a minimum gap, a sending window and the days of the week. Nothing sends until you launch it, and you can pause or resume at any time.
Step seven: answer from the inbox. WhatsApp replies arrive in the same inbox as email and LinkedIn, with the person's sequence steps beside the conversation. A reply stops that person's sequence on every channel. A reply can be drafted in the language they wrote in, and you send it. The inbox is for replies, so there is no cold WhatsApp message from New message. The first message comes from a sequence step.
What you get
- WhatsApp as one step in a sequence, not a separate tool.
- A WhatsApp step only for people who have a phone number.
- The same proof as every lead: a fit, a reason, a source, and Works here with a date.
- Messages in each person's language, in an app that works in English and Arabic, right to left.
- Replies from WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn in one inbox.
- A reply that stops the sequence everywhere, so nobody gets a WhatsApp message after answering your email.
- Phone numbers charged only when one is found.
Example: adding WhatsApp to a sequence for 210 people
Example. These numbers are illustrative, not a customer result. A search looks at 1,000 people and delivers 390: 60 Strong, 150 Good and 180 Possible. You choose the 210 Strong and Good.
Work emails are found for 170 of them, at 2 credits each, so 340 credits. Adding the 210 to a sequence costs 420 credits. Each message, on any channel, is written when the person reaches that step, at 1 credit each, so at most 630 credits for at most 3 messages each.
A WhatsApp message costs the same 1 credit as any other message. How many of the 210 have a phone number is not part of this Example. You ask for numbers separately, a number costs more than an email, and you pay only for the ones found, so it makes sense to ask for them for the people who have not answered by email.
Before any phone numbers, the run comes to about 2,200 credits, including the search.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
It is for teams selling into markets where WhatsApp is a normal business channel, and for teams that want it as a later step after email and LinkedIn. It suits you if you would rather send one considered message than many fast ones.
It is not for broadcasts or for bought number lists. Nidaflow does not send cold WhatsApp messages from the inbox, only from a sequence step. You are responsible for following WhatsApp's rules and the rules of each market you contact, so check them before you launch. The Free plan has no sending accounts, so sending needs a paid plan.
Questions, answered.
Can Nidaflow send a cold WhatsApp message?
Yes, as a step in a sequence, from a WhatsApp number you connect, to a person who has a phone number. The inbox itself is for replies. There is no cold WhatsApp message from New message.
Where do the phone numbers come from?
You ask for them. Nidaflow looks up mobile numbers, and you pay only when one is found. A number costs more credits than an email.
Does it write in Arabic?
Yes. Each message is written in the person's language, Arabic included, and the whole app works in English and Arabic, right to left.
Which markets is it for?
Any market. Nidaflow adds a WhatsApp lane to its draft when most of your audience is in the Middle East and enough people have phone numbers. A sequence can mix WhatsApp with email and LinkedIn in other cases too.
Do I approve each WhatsApp message?
Not one by one. You review the sequence, read and edit any step, and press Launch. After that, each person's message is written when they reach the step, and then it is sent. Nothing sends until you launch it.
What happens when someone replies?
Their sequence stops on every channel, and the reply appears in your inbox. You answer it yourself.
