Outbound for B2B SaaS teams, built on proof
SaaS teams often start outbound with a list of job titles and a template, then wonder why replies are thin. Nidaflow starts from your website, maps who buys and who your competitors sell to, finds people who fit with proof, and runs one sequence from your own accounts.
The problem, and what it costs
A title is not a fit. A head of operations at one company is a perfect buyer, and at another is a person with no budget and no problem. A list built on job titles cannot tell the two apart, so every wrong one becomes a message that goes nowhere.
SaaS outbound has its own traps. The list may include people at companies that sell something close to what you sell. A message to them is wasted, and sometimes awkward. And the people who know your buyers best, the founders and the first sales hires, have the least time to research each one.
The usual answers are a hired SDR, which is slow and expensive to ramp, or a template tool, which is quick and generic. Neither one starts from what you actually sell.
A better start is your own website: what you sell, who already buys it, and who your competitors sell to. Everything else follows from that.
How Nidaflow works for SaaS, step by step
Step one: paste your website. Nidaflow reads your site, your competitors, the customers you name, recent news, hiring and public posts. In a few minutes it saves what you sell, the titles that buy, your market, your named customers, how complete the picture is, and groups of buyers to sell to. Every finding links its source. Your first website study is free.
Step two: see where you can win. Nidaflow looks at who your competitors sell to and marks each buyer group as coming from your own site, served by rivals, or not served by any rival. It uses only the markets your site supports, and it asks before adding a region.
Step three: search in plain words. Describe the role, the seniority, the kind of company, the size and the market. A search uses your saved profile only if you say yes.
Step four: read the judgement. Each lead gets a fit of Strong, Good or Possible, with a reason that cites its source, and Works here proof with a source and a date. If a company sells something similar to you, the row says so.
Step five: use the signals that exist. When one is public, a lead carries a dated, linked signal: their own post, a podcast, a new role, funding, hiring from job posts, or company news. Coverage is partial, and a lead with no signal is not given an invented one.
Step six: run one sequence. Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one plan, from your own accounts, with each message written when the person reaches the step. Nothing sends until you launch it. Replies arrive in one inbox, and booking pages on your Google or Outlook calendar let you insert a link, suggest times or mark a meeting booked.
Step seven: fit it into your stack. Every list exports to CSV. A REST API with keys from Settings lets you search people and companies, enrich contacts, read your lists, add people to a sequence and read sequence stats, with the same credits. There is no native CRM sync yet.
What you get
- A buyer profile built from your own website, with its sources.
- A view of who your competitors sell to, so you can see where you are not competing.
- Proof on every lead: a fit, a reason, a source, and Works here with a date.
- A flag when a lead's company sells something similar to you.
- Leads that do not fit cost nothing, and credits are charged only when an action works.
- One sequence across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and one inbox for the replies.
- A REST API and CSV export for your own tools.
Example: one SaaS search
Example. These numbers are illustrative, not a customer result. After your website study, a search for your buyers looks at 1,000 people.
400 do not fit and 210 cannot be confirmed as still working there. Both are left out at no cost. 390 are delivered: 60 Strong, 150 Good and 180 Possible, which is 780 credits at 2 credits each. Recent news turns up for 40 of them, at 1 credit each.
You start with the 210 Strong and Good. Work emails for 170 cost 340 credits, and the other 40 go on the LinkedIn lane. Adding the 210 to a sequence costs 420 credits, and messages cost at most 630 credits.
The run comes to about 2,200 credits, and the first website study is free. You keep the 180 Possible leads for a later round, after you have seen who answers.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
It is for SaaS founders doing their own outbound, small sales teams, first sales hires, and operations people who want an API. It suits you if you can name your buyers and want the research done before the message.
It is not for teams that want intent data, website visitor tracking or live alerts. Nidaflow does not watch accounts or send job change alerts. There is no native CRM sync yet. You do not approve messages one by one: you review the sequence, launch it, and answer the replies. And an imported list is enriched, not qualified, so the fit check and the job proof apply to leads that Nidaflow finds.
Questions, answered.
How does Nidaflow know who my buyers are?
It studies your website, your competitors, the customers you name, recent news, hiring and public posts, then saves a draft buyer profile with its sources. You can edit it. Your first website study is free.
Can it avoid companies that compete with me?
It flags a lead whose company sells something similar to you, with the label Sells something similar to you, so you can decide what to do with it.
Does it sync with my CRM?
There is no native CRM sync yet. Lists export to CSV, and the REST API can read your lists and sequence stats.
Can it book meetings?
With a connected Google or Outlook calendar, you can set up booking pages. From the inbox you can insert your link, suggest times or mark a meeting booked, and a sequence can include your booking link.
Does it give me intent data?
No. Nidaflow does not give intent scores or track website visitors, and it does not watch accounts. It finds people who fit now, and shows dated signals such as funding, hiring or news when they are public.
Is there an API?
Yes. Owners and admins can create keys in Settings. The API can search people and companies, enrich contacts, read your lists, add people to a sequence and read sequence stats. It uses the same credits, charged only on success.
